The West Michigan AIME Association LLC (American Intrinsic Methods (of) Education) was incorporated in early 2011.  It has evolved from the earlier concept of A.I.M.E. (American Independent Marketing & Educational Association) developed in 1989, with an important goal of giving people the tools to take charge of their lives.  This goal has helped AIME create a very powerful, Educational, Leadership initiative, known as the "Intrinsic Leadership Development CurriculumTM (ILDC).  Its mission is to train people to use their existing knowledge and newly developed insights to instill hope and improve the quality of people's lives.

• Help Students to Balance the Cognitive with the Affective (Emotions & Feelings)
